NinArt stands for abstract and contemporary art.
In my work I use very different materials. So may mix oil paints with acrylics, chalk with wax crayons, charcoal with ink. Street style spray paint – cool and funky – dance across the paper with light, delicate watercolors.
In my most productive year (2022), about 40 rather large-scale works were created. These are divided into series. Thus, the purist, elegant WaterColor Series 22 was created, which challenged me by far artistically the most and probably expanded my Horizonz the most. Days of drying processes that left a lot of studio space lying still, letting the colors flow, mixing with new textures and aids, using few colors – but lots of water…
and again and again waiting, trusting, exercising the right minimal hand movement at the right time…
and wait again…
a test of patience…
Nevertheless, the expressionist Transform series probably most accurately reflects my energy of the year 2022. Colorful, energetic, bold and expansive.
Dreamer and LoveColor stand strong and clear for themselves and the (almost sold out) Floral series is colorful, lively and somewhat surrealistic.
